Fixtech Order Form app for iPhone and iPad

You can now order your Fixtech Adhesive Sealants no matter whether your market is Marine, Recreational Vehicles, Custom vehicles, Trailers, Vans, Building, Construction, Mining or Civil Engineering you can now order your products any time 24 hrs a day and know that the order when sent will be received by Fixtech logistics department for picking, packing and made ready to ship on the next available courier.

Quickly register your typical Company details including your registered address and the delivery address if different, you can also create additional delivery address by inputting them into your library. Once we receive your order we will make sure it gets to where you want it to go on the next available delivery.

Selection of products is easy as spinning the wheel, select the product SKU, the colour, the packaging and how many you want. There is a guide below the wheel that tells you how many units per carton by the SKU number selected, so you can order by carton quantity that saves you time and money.

Select your nominated delivery address and send.

Once your order has been sent, both you and Fixtech will receive an email copy confirming your order. This email will ensure you get what you ordered, and if you have forgotten something, just place another order for that product or products and you can make a comment to add this order to the previous order so that deliver can be combined where possible, if we have a difficulty such as the previous order has left already, then we will ring you.

If you are an account customer and your account is up to date the product will leave on the next available courier, if your account is in arrears nothing will happen until the account is brought up to date, yet we will call you to let you know.

For prepaid customers, your payment details are kept on a secure file and payment can be processed immediately to ensure your order gets on the next available courier, therefore before leaving the APP make sure you ticked the credit card approval box and we will get it done, you will receive a copy of the invoice in your email when it is processed for delivery.

If you have not ticket the credit card approval box, then you will receive a proforma invoice in which you will have to approve the use of your credit card or give the details of your credit card over the phone to permit us to process the payment.
